Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Anthony and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have 7 years of experience working in a variety of settings and populations with focus on providing cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based practices while applying specific techniques that are best for your wellness plan. I consider myself client-centered, guiding clients in a more focused and safe direction to lead fulfilling, positive lives in how you envision. I work with a variety of populations and different presenting concerns in which we create healthy, reasonable goals together to complete in a reasonable amount of time.
