We often look for happiness outside of ourselves although happiness exists within us and is just waiting for the door to be opened. My name is April and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee. I have been working in the mental health and addictions field for 20+ years in a broad array of clinical settings; including inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, in-home care, and individual outpatient therapy.
