Welcome! I am happy to help you reach your life goals. I have a M.Ed. degree in counseling with school counselor certification and LPC-S licensure in the state of Texas. I have worked as a therapist for 11 years in private practice and inpatient behavioral health settings as well as school counseling for 16 years. I love working with clients to facilitate positive change. My clinical approach combines a mixture of cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness.
