I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW)with over 12 years of experience working with individuals in the mental health field throughout the U.S. I have worked with a wide variety of clients with challenges from depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, severe mental health diagnoses, low self-esteem, and workplace issues just to name a few. My style of therapy is client-centered where the client can go at their own pace. I believe this style provides one with a sense of increased confidence in their ability to be the masters of their destiny. As the therapist, I will work alongside you to assist you in the problem areas that you have identified and are wanting to uncover. I will assist you with identifying ways to deal with life’s challenges that you may be facing at the time of therapy and we will work together to develop effective ways of dealing with issues in the future.
