While I have years of experience in all areas of mental health, my specialties including stress and anxiety, depression, transitional life issues, grief and overall coping with the stress of adulting. You are the expert of your life; my therapeutic approach allows you to remain as such. My counseling style is engaging and real. Based on your desired goals and areas of need I will determine a treatment modality in line with accomplishing those goals. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach.
