Hi there! My name is Ash. I have been a licensed therapist in New York state for 8 years, but have been in the field in other ways for much longer than that. I am a laid back, down-to-earth therapist and I use a supportive, open, collaborative approach , using various therapeutic techniques, to help people live the lives they want. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space for you to work on your issues, while also respectfully holding you accountable to help you break unhelpful patterns. Sessions are collaborative and person-focused so that you are able to use your time for what you want to work on; whether you want to process trauma or vent about something that is frustrating you.
