I provide talk therapy and specialize in helping people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, lgbtq-related issues and problems with interpersonal relationships. My style is best described as “eclectic,” drawing from a variety of treatment modalities, and tailored to each client’s specific needs. However, my primary goal with every client is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
