I believe that therapy is not “one size fits all” when it comes to the type of approach that is being used. Although my background and approach is deeply rooted in behavioral approaches, I recognize that therapy needs to be tailored and personalized to help you reach your goals and full potential. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have had the opportunity to work in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 5 years. I am professionally trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I believe we are all unique and pull from multiple theories to best fit each client.
