I have worked with clients from ages 5 to 95 with a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, anger management, anxiety, phase of life struggles, OCD, and ADHD. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, narrative and mindfulness-based therapy.
