I am an Licensed Professional Counselor in PA, with a focus in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with a wide age range of clients. As a therapist I take a holistic approach to counseling, focusing on wellness, mind body connection, building self esteem, building healthy expressions of self, and overall mental health. I am also a CTRS who enjoys working on the effects of recreation on building healthy lifestyles and communication. I have my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I am presently working on my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
