I am a License Professional Counselor in Texas over 7 years of experience working as a psycho-counselor. I have worked with clients that have a wide rang of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, and Personality disorders. I have also helped others who have suffered from chronic trauma or emotional abuse by using Trauma Based Evidence Techniques. I have my Bachelors degree in Psychology at University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas, and my Masters degree in Counseling and Guidance at Texas A&M University in San Antonio, Texas. I have worked with foster children who are aging out to help with life skills and adjusting to the real world, and working with foster kids to help get the proper needs while they remain in care. My counseling style is person centered and compassionate. I believe in treating anyone with respect, compassion, sensitivity, and empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, personal centered, and solution focused. I will help with our discussion as a team to help plan to meet your unique and specific goals. I am committed to supporting all people where they are in life and helping them transition through difficult times of crisis or stress by building resilience and using healthier coping skills.
