Hello! My name is Asly (Ah-zz-lee) and I am an LPC based in Texas with a little over 5 years of professional work experience. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling. My experience in helping revolves around clients who experience stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. A lot of the work in my sessions are built around mindfulness, motivation, self awareness, confidence and strength building perspectives. I collaborate with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
