I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been working in the mental health field for about eight years. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I have helped individuals adjust to major life changes such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, anger management, pain management, and other issues individuals experience. I provide an empathetic, compassionate and nonjudgmental space for my clients to be accepted and feel safe. I utilize person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a strength-based approach to meet each individual’s needs while also being culturally competent. During the initial visit, we will begin discussing what brought you to therapy and what you would like to receive from our sessions together.
