I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 7 years of clinical experience, primarily working with adolescents and young adults. Previous clients I have worked with have struggled with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, mood swings, among a variety of other mental health symptoms. My therapy style is to invite my clients to work on what they feel is their biggest hurdle. I want to empower my clients to live their best possible life. I specialize in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, and a variety of other skills.
