I am licensed in Maryland with 34 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & career difficulties (including a special interest in working with health care professionals to prevent and/or address burnout/compassion fatigue). I really enjoy working with: emerging adults, midlife adults and active agers (55 and better). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
