I am an LPC licensed in Missouri with over 10 years experience . I have worked in a mental health and behavioral community clinic with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, bereavement, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines several therapy styles which all aim to move your treatment forward in a positive way.
