I am a licensed psychologist in Utah with 35 years of professional work experience. I am a full time professor training doctoral students in psychology and teaching undergraduate courses along with conducting research on psychotherapy. As a result, I limit my counseling services to a few hours each week. I have experience helping clients to cope with stress, anxiety, grief and loss, or other life changes along with working on motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment and where we can work together on realistic goals.
