The therapeutic approaches utilized are consistent with current standards of practice in the behavioral/mental health field and might include: Gestalt Therapy/Psychology, Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, as well as other techniques and approaches. Treatment may also include psycho-education, coaching/support, and the use of appropriate community resources. Following evaluation, I will recommend possible strategies to address your concern allowing you to make an informed decision about your short and long-term goals. Then we will work together to develop a treatment plan that will guide the work we do together. While I will work collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals, no guarantee of treatment outcomes can be made, and you may stop your treatment with me, at any time.
