I provide individual, couple, and family therapy for those in want and need. I am trained in many specialized treatments including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Gottman Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, (EMDR). Sometimes my training assists you in making progress towards your goals, sometimes not; it can be something else. I bring my best self into each session, realizing that the session could be all we may have together. I believe success is defined by my clients and usually happens each time we meet. I also believe this special trusted relationship between client and therapist is enhanced by honesty, willingness, and humility.
