I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, & depression. Along with the 3 years of experience, I have worked in education for 19 years with 7.5 of them being in High School and Elementary Counseling. I have been a teacher and coached softball one year.
