Hi, I am Bethany Russell. I am a healer, coach, facilitator and licensed therapist. I use a blend of IFS (parts work), inner child healing, spirituality and somatic work from a feminist, attachment lens and trauma informed approach. I believe we were all born innately whole and our work is simply returning back to that wholeness by releasing shame, connecting to our intuition and integrating parts. I have been doing this work for almost 7 years & have guided dozens of women on this journey, leading them to experience empowered embodiment. I am also the in house therapist and coach at Pacha House Denver. Details: I am certified by the state of Colorado as a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a Nationally Board Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. I am also EMDR level II trained.
