I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Certified Sex Therapist, and also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I have experience working in the mental health field for over 18 years. I utilize modalities such as person-centred, CBT, humanistic, psychodynamic and solution focus within therapy, when and if clients are comfortable with them. Therapy is tailored to what the client is comfortable with and at the same time to what would benefit them on a larger scale. I have worked with individuals with ADHD, ASD, trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder, thought process disorders, Depression and Anxiety as well as personal growth and insight seeking individuals. I also work those merely unhappy with their current situation, may it be physically (weight issues), financially (looking for more prosperity), relationally or spiritually (feeling disconnected).
