I have spent my career learning, evolving, and working towards meeting the needs of my clients as this world is every changing. I have chosen to work in the medical field and specialize in long term chronic illness, grief and loss, and chronic mental health conditions. With a history of working with the older adult population, traumatic brain injury, severe mental illness, and our military veterans, nothing is too complicated to tackle together! I have a strong passion and belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and heard. There is no room for judgment or shame in this setting, unless it is you working on moving through it! Whether you are in a complicated relationship, struggling with Anxiety and Depression, working through sexuality ideals, or are overwhelmed by a medical diagnosis, this is a safe space to process, understand and find your way through to balance, wellness, and mindfulness.
