Hello, my name is Beverly Knighten, I am a professional counselor currently licensed in Oklahoma with over 12 years of experience working as a LCSW in multiple settings, and states. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction and SMI. Most of my career has been working with the military in various occupations and settings. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My counseling style is eclectic, compassionate and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, and in a non-judgement approach. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, talk therapy, person-centered and solution focused counseling.
