I am licensed in Minnesota with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I am a calm, compassionate provider who is there to walk alongside you on your journey to find a happier, healthier version of you. I believe all of us have the internal knowledge to know what is right for us and I am there to simply ask the right questions to help you on your journey. I enjoy working with those who may carry burdened internal messages or have strong self-critics. I work from a lens of internal family systems therapy.
