I have been a licensed clinician since 2016. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, phase of life issues, grief and general mental health struggles. We all go through tough times, but we don’t have to stay or linger in those places. Sometimes it’s easier to walk out of the darkness with someone walking beside you!
