Hello! I am Dr. Pfeifer. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked for 10+ years in the world of mental health. I hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. I have treated a wide range of mental health needs with experience treating complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. I have experience providing therapeutic support to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I was born and raised in a military community, so I am well-versed and comfortable in any and all veteran’s or military affairs. In addition, I work as a supervisor, mentoring interns toward their license in the state of Missouri. My therapeutic style will be suited to the need of my client. I am well practiced in cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, client-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma focused therapies. I have spent the majority of my career focusing on trauma. Life offers many peaks and valleys, but even in the darkest of times, there is a peak still waiting to present itself to you. I am honored and humbled to be able to help others seek their way out of the valley so they can enjoy the peak!
