It’s helpful to talk with a therapist when you’re sensing that it’s time to change, but might be nervous about taking the first step. It takes a lot of courage to really look at what’s happening in your life. Sometimes we don’t even realize how much pressure we put on ourselves when trying to live up to unrealistic expectations. We’ll talk through things that you never thought you’d say out loud. Hopefully, we’ll find out a way for you to connect to yourself and find meaning in your life in a compassionate way.
