I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Arkansas with over 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, relationship issues and depression. I also have helped with Physical, Emotional, and Sexual trauma. I believe that it is important to provide a safe environment of respect, compassion, and empathy to facilitate change. I use a combination of general systems theory and Cognitive Behavioral approaches and other interventions to aid in meeting whatever needs you may have.
