I appreciate the time to view my page. My name is Brianna Newman and I am a licensed professional counseling in the state of Arizona. I have four years of experience in the mental health field. I have completed my graduate degree at Ottawa University. I use a combination approach in my session space to ensure I am flexible in understanding the needs of each individual. I use a combination of emotionally focused therapy (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) as my main approaches. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & more. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
