I am licensed as a clinical social worker (LICSW) in Washington State. I have experience working with folks dealing with stress and anxiety. I like to focus on strengths and building skills to empower people to be the best version of themselves. I value treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Our sessions will be specific to you as an individual and we will work in collaboration to create a treatment plan and goals. I prefer to provide a space by a session with video although I can accomodate a phone or messaging session if needed. It takes courage to seek out support to live the best life you can.
