I am licensed in Colorado with 5 years of professional work experience as a High School Counselor and a clinical therapist. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I was a Division I collegiate athlete and can provide guidance with figuring out how to navigate playing at the next level, as well as the transition from playing sports to not playing anymore.
