I am dedicated to helping others navigate their complex and uncomfortable emotions and behaviors. At the core of therapy is change. Change itself can be scary, exciting and challenging. We will get through it together. I have 19 years of clinical experience working with all age groups. My love is for seniors working through loss, complex medical issues and cognitive decline. I also specialize in mental health disorders including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, panic and PTSD. I am a trained couples therapist and see couples on a limited basis.
