I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Child Parent Psychotherapist in Minnesota and Washington with 10 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, PTSD, PPD/A, traumatic births and disability, trouble adjusting after a big life change, and helping to process and shape impactful experiences. I’ve been able to facilitate healing from trauma, support navigating parenthood, inspire self expression, light motivation to make change, and witness clients embody renewed confidence.
