My approach to therapy is diverse and individually tailored to each person’s unique needs. I try to focus on making mental health needs less stigmatized and more accessible. My focus and expertise are in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma focused, and solution focused, mindfulness, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, substance use, couples, and individuals.
