For all of us, life presents many challenges that can often feel insurmountable. It is through these challenges that we can feel alone, disconnected, or lost. The therapeutic process can assist us in finding new perspective, guidance, and hope. I am passionate about helping individuals and families through the journey of self-discovery. I pride myself on being an innovative therapist; my focus is on addressing mental health concerns that you identify as areas of growth. We will work as a team to move through challenges that are presented so you can discover the best version of you. I frequently work with individuals (and couples) who are seeking help in the areas of depressive or anxious disorders, substance abuse, relationship issues, family conflict, trauma and abuse, as well as motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My therapeutic style is warm, interactive, and attentive. Therapy is a place where clients can securely challenge unwanted behaviors and thought processes; part of my job is to address behaviors that may be negatively affecting your daily life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy with my clients.
