I am licensed in Oklahoma with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with grief and loss, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and coping with life changes. I have spent the last 10 years supporting my husband and children navigate life as a military family! Being a military spouse has definitely given me life experiences that are beneficial to helping others. It takes strength to be open and vulnerable in counseling sessions and I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness regardless of what we’re working on.
