I am dedicated to equipping people, by providing hospitality, along with psychoeducation and a psychodynamic understanding that shapes a genuine concern based around your concerns and your lived experience. I specialize in equipping people with depression, stress, and anxiety. In addition, I equipping men to cultivate the mindset to address their concerns around ADHD, relationships, addictions, anger, and managing life stressors. I also worked with people wrestling with CPTSD, PTSD and bipolar depression.
