My practice focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of adjusting to new motherhood, managing the waves of the pregnancy journey and overcoming the profound hurdles that can arise during the postpartum phase. I personally understand the journey to parenthood and how this can be filled with joy and anticipation as well as fear, overwhelm and isolation at times.
