I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida and through a strength-based and an empowerment perspective I meet my clients where they are and use my skillset and knowledge base that I have acquired. I have had the honor of working with adults, Veterans, Caregivers, couples and youth who have had difficulties with life’s stressors dealing with relationships, trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and other concerns. Utilizing a combination of theoretical frameworks, including, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy and many other modalities will help to aide in the therapeutic process. My counseling style is warm, empathetic and client-centered and I believe in treating each of my clients with dignity and respect.
