I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 plus years of experience in mental health. I have experience working with those who have experienced abuse/neglect, trauma, and grief/loss. I have helped people who are struggling with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I like to work with the client to identify goals and work towards those goals together. Sometimes this means a little homework in between sessions. Personally I am a mother and widow.
