I am a therapist licensed in Oregon and Florida with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor in health care settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, caregiver role strain, changes in health and abilities, aging, navigating health care systems, and death, dying and grief processes. I have also helped patients and families of patients struggling with mental health and substance abuse crisis. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.
