The kind of patients I work with are motivated to change and eager to build their toolbox. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and their families, from a cognitive behavioral framework. I incorporate other modalities in treatment that best serve the needs of my patients. The therapeutic process can appear to seem overwhelming and challenging, but with the right skills and guidance it can feel so empowering.
