I am a newly Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana with a total of five years experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, IED, Adjustment Disorder, grief, and Autism and I describe myself as a Christian counselor. I believe in promoting autonomy for my clients and allowing them to lead conversations and discussions while I guide them to discovering deeper meanings about their thoughts and emotions. You, as the client, are in the driver’s seat and behind the wheel while I am in the passenger seat with the map providing direction.
