I am licensed in New York with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & depression. I use a person-centered approach in therapy but also implement Cognitive Behavioral interventions as well as psychodynamic. I have experience working with clients who need encouragement when coping with major life changes and stressors. I work with my clients to create an open, inclusive, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
