I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a wide range of settings. I have extensive knowledge and experience working with clients who have been exposed to various types of trauma including mental, physical, and sexual abuse. I also have experience working with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, personality disorders, stress management, addictions and recovery, conflict resolution, work and career issues, behavioral issues, and parenting challenges. My primary approach is solution-focused and strengths-based, using cognitive-behavioral interventions (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
