I am licensed in Maryland with 13 years of professional work experience. Prior to living in Maryland, I was living in Europe for 3 years and practiced therapy there. I am from Utah and have experience working with clients who have left a high demand religion or is having difficulty with their faith. I have worked with the military population as well as vets and enjoy helping them reach their goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
