I believe that every individual is unique and therefore not one approach works for everyone. With nearly ten years of experience as a therapist, I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches to fit the needs of the client. I focus on a strength based approach to build rapport and together I co-journey with the client on their way to fulfilling their potential.
