I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 12 years of experience working as a counselor and mentor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, behavioral/career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced self-esteem concerns. My counseling style is sincere and person centered. I believe in treating individuals with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, I believe that problems can lead to redemptive purpose to overcome. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing and brief solution focused counseling. One primary goal is to acknowledge a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific areas that will be addressed. Of course during this process additional goals or concerns may need to be evaluated in counseling.
