I am licensed in California with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have worked at many levels of care including inpatient psychiatric, partial hospitalization programs and outpatient counseling and therapy. I focus on individual therapy for adults in the LGBTQ+ community and have many years of experience facilitating a variety of mental health and support groups.
